Privacy Policy

This notice describes how information is handled when you visit this pre-launch website or contact the Vantrelio Digital project.

1. Who to contact

The Vantrelio Digital project operator handles enquiries sent to vantreliodigital@gmail.com. Use this address for privacy questions and requests. Vantrelio Digital is a project name; this notice does not claim that it is an incorporated company.

2. Information involved

This website has no customer account registration, checkout, newsletter signup or contact form. It does not request payment information. We do not add advertising pixels, analytics scripts or non-essential cookies to the site.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time to deliver and protect the website. Hosting security features may use technical data or necessary security cookies. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

If you email us, we receive your email address, the information in your message and any attachments you choose to send. Gmail processes those messages as our email service. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

3. Why information is used

We use enquiry information to respond to your questions, address website issues and handle privacy requests. Technical processing supports website delivery and security. Where applicable, the basis is our legitimate interest in communicating with visitors and operating a secure site, taking steps you request before a possible future contract, or meeting a legal obligation.

Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell enquiry information.

4. Service providers and transfers

Cloudflare provides hosting and Google provides email. These providers may process data in countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area, under their applicable terms and transfer safeguards. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond and resolve the matter, or to meet applicable legal obligations. Technical data retention is governed by the hosting service’s settings and policies. You can contact us to request deletion of your enquiry.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Email us to make a request; we may need reasonable information to confirm that it relates to your data.
